JOHN COLTRANE Live At The Village Vanguard

Original 1962 US 3-track mono LP on the orange Impulse label with black rim and 'RVG' stamper in the run-out groove. This famous live date was recorded in November 1961 with Eric Dolphy on bass clarinet, McCoy Tyner piano, bassist Reggie Workman and Elvin Jones on drums. The heavyweight gatefold sleeve is front laminated and pasted internally and shows barely any signs of its age. The vinyl has just the lightest warp but plays through perfectly. A glorious record.
