Presented to American radio station KZEL, widely regarded as one of the most influential free-format stations of its era, and one of Springsteen’s most ardent media supporters. This nicely framed and glazed award measures 24" x 20" in size, and features a red & white striped pictorial mount with platinum disc which has a facsimile autographed label, below is a copy of the Compact Disc, 'Born In The U.S.A.' cassette shell and sleeve miniature. At the bottom is the authentic custom engraved Columbia presentation plaque. Housed in a blue wooden frame which has 4 discrete mounting drill holes plus two through the perpex at the top.A stunning item for this legendary album by The Boss
