Very rare 1959 UK 1st issue stereo LP on the blue/silver Columbia label, also featuring an incredible performance of Tchaikovsky's 'Variations On A Rococo Theme, op. 33', both conducted by Sir Malcom Sargent and starring the great Pierre Fournier. The picture sleeve is fully laminated with scalloped flipbacks and shows only the lightest of ring wear – the print on the reverse is a perfect off-white and the spine is immaculate. The vinyl has no scratches, spindle marks or blemishes whatsoever, and is exceptionally clean playing to the highest standard. A beauty!
