Rare 1960 first UK pressing 7-track deep groove mono LP, a landmark recording and one of the greatest musical achievements in American jazz. Includes the jaw-dropping rollercoaster ride of the title track and Countdown,plus the beautiful, mature ballad Naima, written by Trane for his then-wife, Juanita Naima Grubbs. The front laminated sleeve has some discolouring at the edges but has survived over half a century and remains in very good condition. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned and has come up looking sparkling, with just a few light paper scuffs to show for its age. The condition is excellent and the sound immense!

Original 1974 issue Japanese Elektra white title label promotional sample 7" single also including Lily Of The Valley, housed in a record company sleeve and comes complete with a unique picture insert with lyrics on reverse. Apart from some light storage wear the insert is in outstanding condition, the vinyl is immaculate.
