Glens Gig Guide: Nas, Eels, Finch and More This Week

This week there are numerous gigs and events going on around the capital, so if you are around London town this week be sure to check out one (or more) of the following!

March 19th:

  • Nas – The O2 Arena, Greenwich

    Rap legend, and arguably one of the best ever to do it, Nas brings his Life is Good tour to London, performing tracks from his last album Life Is Good, as well as hits from his vast back catalogue.

March 20th:

  • Gabrielle Aplin – The Koko, Camden

    The 20 year old singer songwriter Gabrelle Aplin shot to fame late 2012 with her cover of The Power Of Love, and now she is set to release her debut album English Rain next month. Catch a sneak preview of what will be one of the breakthrough albums of the year at this intimate performance.

  • Deicide – The Underworld, Camden

    Glen Benton and his brand of powerful death metal to the capital once again, expect an even of blast beats, low end vocals, and face melting guitars. Not to be missed, and the underworld is the perfect setting for an ugly evening

March 21st:

  • Eels – O2 Academy, Brixton

    Legendary Indie Rock band Eels make a return to London, to perform tracks from recently released album Wonderful Glorious. Always quirky, emotional, and an absolute pleasure to watch. If you avoid it, you will regret it

March 22nd:

  • Finch – O2 Academy, Brixton

    Recently reunited American post hardcore band Finch are coming to the UK exclusively to perform their debut album What It Is To Burn in its entirety in honour of the 10th Anniversary of the album. Relive some youth and shed a tear to tracks like 'Letters To You' and 'Perfection Through Silence'.

March 23rd:

  • Broadway Calls – The Underworld, Camden

    Rising punk rock band Broadway Calls come back for a run of dates, and will hopefully bring summer with them. With sugary sweet melodies and catchy hooks, what better way to spend a no doubt rainy Saturday night in Camden

    Support comes from Brighton dirty punkers Gnarwolves, and the hottest emo band in the UK Moose Blood

  • Bouncing Souls – The Peel, Kingston

    Forming way back in 1987, New Jerseys finest finally come to the Peel in Kingston, to play tracks from their last album Comet, and from their vast back catalogue such as Manthem, Kate Is Great, and That Song.
