Here at 991.com, you will often here a conversation about which gigs we have been to during the week and what we have to look forward, the mornings when tickets go onsale is often a tense experience.
2014 has been a relatively quiet year for me on the gig-front, much quieter than recent years. However, that said, I have been to a fair few amazing gigs this year, which included my first ever visit to Edinburgh back in August to one of my favourite groups, the Edinburgh-based band BROKEN RECORDS play a hometown gig, I was lucky enough to see ARCADE FIRE rock London’s Hyde Park on one of the hottest days of the year, watched CLAP YOUR HANDS SAY YEAH play London for the first time in a while and just a few weeks ago, I saw BIFFY CLYRO play the absolutely stunning Troxy, aswell witnessing the rise of Benjamin Clementine, Cold Specks and many more wonderful acts.
Which acts have you seen this year? Do any of you have a favourite gig of 2014?
