One of the greatest metal bands to come out of the UK, Iron Maiden have carved out a legacy unlike any other. From their early days of playing pubs in Northeast London in the late 70s, to the grandiose heights of arena’s and festivals around the world, Iron Maiden’s die hard fans and collectors have always stuck by this beloved band.
We recently picked up a great collection of Iron Maiden items, featuring some of the best collectables from their illustrious back catalogue. Below are a handful of highlights, but head to our Iron Maiden collectors store at 991.com for our full selection.
The Complete Albums Collection 1990-2015: 2017 UK Deluxe Collectors Edition Box Set, including Thirteen 180gram Heavyweight Vinyl pressings of their studio albums including The Book Of Souls, each within their own picture sleeve and housed within the slipcase style box. The outer box has a couple of marks on the box, however all the albums inside remain factory sealed from new.
Eddie’s Archive: 2002 UK first issue limited edition collectors set comprising three Double CD sets, BBC Archive, Beast Over Hammersmith and Best Of The B-Sides personally selected by the band, housed in a silver embossed metal casket with blue lining complete with individually numbered Pete Frame family tree on parchment scroll, an Eddie scroll ring and an Eddie head shot glass. The tin on this example has tarnished slightly with all contents remaining in a lovely condition. The ULTIMATE Maiden collectable!
Wasting Love: Extremely rare 1992 Spanish promotional only wide centred vinyl 7″, which plays the same song on both sides. This was issued to promote the then new album, Fear Of The Dark, and is within a plain die-cut card sleeve. The vinyl has only a few light surface scuffs which are mostly cosmetic, one of the best example we have seen and we have not had one in over 17 years!
